Account Deletion

If you wish to permanently delete your ClawCove account and all associated personal data, please submit your request using the form below.

Important Notice

  • Processing Timeline: Account and data deletion is not immediate. Once your verification is confirmed, your account and all associated data will be completely deleted within 7 business days.
  • What Will Be Deleted: Your profile, linked login credentials (Google / Apple ID), saved shipping addresses, unused game tokens, and unclaimed backpack prizes will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
  • Pending Shipments: If you have pending physical prize deliveries or items in transit, please wait until all parcels are received before submitting this request.
  • Statutory Data Retention: In compliance with applicable tax, financial accounting, and anti-fraud regulations, anonymized in-app purchase records and fulfillment logs will be retained securely for statutory audit purposes.

What Happens Next?

  1. Verification Email: Within 24–48 hours, our support team will send an ownership verification email to the address provided above.
  2. Confirm Deletion: Follow the instructions in the email and reply with "CONFIRM DELETE" within 7 days to verify your ownership.
  3. Account Freezing & Grace Period: Once verified, your account will be immediately deactivated and logged out. You can still log back into the app within 7 days to cancel the deletion request and restore your account.
  4. Permanent Deletion: After the 7-day grace period, all personal profile data, game progress, unused coins, and unclaimed backpack prizes will be permanently deleted from our servers within 7 business days.
