ClawCove Privacy Policy

ClawCove is operated by Shanghai Bili Trading Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and is provided as a free-to-play service. This SERVICE is provided at no cost and is intended for use "as is."

This page informs visitors and users regarding our policies on the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information for anyone who chooses to use our Service.

By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The Personal Information we collect is used to provide, operate, and improve the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as set forth in our Terms of Service.

1. Information Collection and Use

To provide an enhanced user experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information ("Personal Information"), defined as information that can be used to contact or identify you.

• In-App Payment Security: All purchases of virtual currency and goods are processed through third-party billing platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play). We do not store or have direct access to your full credit card numbers or sensitive billing details. From the billing platform we only receive transaction information needed to credit your purchase, such as the transaction or order ID, product purchased, purchase time, and the country or region of the store.
• Approximate Location: When you register, we determine your approximate country or region from your IP address using third-party IP lookup services (ipwho.is and ipapi.co). We use this to set default regional settings, comply with regional availability requirements, and prevent fraud. We do not collect your precise (GPS) location.
• Prize Shipping Information: When you request delivery of a physical prize, we collect the recipient name, shipping address, and phone number you provide, and share them with our logistics partners solely to deliver your prize.
• Gameplay & Device Activity: We automatically collect gameplay information, including game records, session durations, achievements, and interaction history.
• Purpose of Use: We use this data to tailor game features to your interests, provide efficient customer support, resolve technical issues, and enhance the overall performance of the Service.
• No Unauthorized Sharing: We do not sell, rent, lease, loan, or voluntarily distribute your personal information to unaffiliated third parties. Data is used strictly for operating and improving the Service.

2. Account Information & Third-Party Integrations

When you register or log in through third-party platforms, we may collect and record information you have authorized those platforms to share in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

A. Google Account

When you access our application via Google sign-in, we may collect and record information provided through your Google Account in accordance with Google's terms and privacy policies. Collected information may include:

• Your name;
• Google Account User ID; and
• Email address.

B. Apple Account (Sign in with Apple)

When you access our application via Sign in with Apple, we receive information from Apple in accordance with Apple's terms and privacy policies. Collected information may include:

• A unique Apple user identifier for our app;
• Your name, only if you choose to share it, and only the first time you authorize our app; and
• Your email address. If you choose “Hide My Email”, Apple provides a unique relay address (ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com) that forwards to your personal email, and we never receive your real address.

You can stop using Sign in with Apple with our app at any time on your Apple device under Settings > [your name] > Sign in with Apple. To delete your ClawCove account and its data, see Section 4.

C. Additional User Submissions

We may also acquire information from you through:

• Your access and participation in message boards and community features on the Service;
• Your email inquiries or messages sent to our customer support team; or
• Your purchase of virtual products, tokens, or prize redemption requests.

Third-Party Service Providers

3. Log Data

Whenever you use our Service, in the event of an application error or crash, we collect technical data and crash diagnostics (through third-party tools) on your device known as Log Data.

This Log Data may include information such as:

• Your device's Internet Protocol (“IP”) address;
• Device name and hardware model;
• Operating system version;
• App configuration settings when utilizing the Service;
• Date, time stamp, and duration of your usage; and
• Other relevant diagnostic statistics.

4. Data Retention and Account Deletion

Unless you instruct us otherwise and subject to applicable laws, we retain collected personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services, resolve disputes, comply with our legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.

• Account Deletion: You can delete your ClawCove account and all associated account data directly in the app under Account > Delete Account. You may also submit a request through our web form at https://www.clawcove.fun/delete-account, or by emailing us at support@clawcove.fun (or service@clawcove.fun).
• 7-Day Cooling-Off Period: Once your deletion request is verified, your account access will be deactivated immediately and a 7-day cooling-off period begins. During this period, you may log back in to cancel the request and restore your account; we also use this period to handle potential disputes, chargeback verifications, and prize fulfillment claims. After the cooling-off period ends, the system will automatically and permanently delete your account and all associated data from our servers.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small data files commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser or device from visited websites and stored on your device's internal memory.

This Service does not use first-party cookies explicitly. However, the app may integrate third-party code and libraries (such as analytics SDKs) that use cookies or device identifiers to collect information and optimize services. You can adjust your mobile operating system settings to manage tracking permissions. Note that refusing certain cookies or tracking identifiers may limit your ability to use specific portions of the Service.

No Cross-App Tracking: We do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, we do not use the device advertising identifier (such as Apple's IDFA) for advertising, and we do not share your data with data brokers.

6. Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individual service providers for the following purposes:

• To facilitate and host our Service;
• To provide the Service on our behalf;
• To perform Service-related tasks (e.g., database management, fraud prevention, payment gateway integration); or
• To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

These third parties receive access to your Personal Information strictly to perform assigned tasks on our behalf and are contractually obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information and strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect it. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

8. Links to External Sites

This Service may contain links to external sites not operated by ClawCove. If you click on a third-party link, you will be redirected to that external destination. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every website or application you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. In the event that we discover a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this information from our servers.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and discover that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately so that we can take necessary corrective actions.
